Fantastic! Only cream we have and will ever use on our little one! Love the scent and our 3 month old has yet to have a rash except a minor one when switching between disposables to cloth diapers and the cream cleared it right up. We also use this with our cloth diapers, sometimes leaves some white stains but we don’t mind this. By far our favorite baby product out there!

This stuff is great! It is thick, so a little can cover the whole tuckus no problem. One bottle lasted me 4months. I mainly use this when I know it will be a while in between changings (before naps, at night, going out), and during these times I am more generous with the application. My baby has never had any type of rash so I can't speak for its healing abilities, but it sure does help prevent rashes. Not to mention the smell is relaxing and light. pretty great stuff. has helped me immensely with a serious case of intertrigo that wouldn't go away after I spent too long in wet, sweaty clothes cleaning up after a hurricane. It wasn't the total answer, but it made it possible for me to walk without pain and tamped things down enough to get on to the next phase of healing. Good for us bigger folks as well.

UPDATE 9/29/2017Babo randomly emailed me and offered to send me a free tube. When it arrived I was happy to find that they returned to the same, or very similar formula. The cream is back to being nice and thick, instead of runny, and it smells the same as it always has. So very happy for this change, since we use this throughout the house, not just on bums, but on rashes and insect bites as well.
