Great Tool For Building Your Pipeline

The best part is that you get to see all of your prospects at once which makes it easy for our team to manage their pipeline. It can be difficult sometimes because there are so many features/tools available but I think they have gotten better over time. We love using this tool! Its saved us tons of time in managing our pipeline as well as finding new opportunities. Definitely give it a try if you're looking to streamline your pipeline management process. Not much to dislike about Big Picture…

  • Can add notes directly from contact cards.
  • Makes keeping track simple compared other platforms we've used before suchas LinkedIn Pipeline Manager &_ Sparkling Water CRM / SFDC

  • Some things take forever like uploading documents onto contacts' records
  • No "save" function after changes made

Solid Platform & Great Customer Service

The customer service is fantastic! They are always willing to help you with anything that comes up even if it isn't their immediate area of expertise or experience level (ie; they had someone from our team do some coding work for them). Their implementation process took longer than we expected but there were several factors involved which made this understandable at least as much so was just how great everyone working behind those scenes has been through everything since then - not once have I

So far, best marketing tool in 2020

I love that it has everything we need for our team to be able to reach out effectively with prospects across many different channels (email/social media). As an SMB marketer myself this is something you can't find anywhere else! The ability of being connected via email when working from home or traveling makes my job so much easier. Very good lead generation & prospecting platform

I like that all of my prospects are organized for me - from active to passive to pipeline status. This makes it easy to see what needs attention next! Also love how you can track your interactions with individual reps within an organization over time using the rep profiles feature. Nothing really - but perhaps more robust reporting would be nice. The tool is very intuitive to use for both new users as well experienced ones. It has all of your CRM data that you need at one place so it makes managing multiple tools much easier! I wish we could create more advanced rules with our campaigns but they are working towards adding this feature soon.
