Works as it should

Easy installation. The options seem spartan, unless I missed a secret menu (just the network you want to extend, with choices for 2.4 and 5GHz if it has both, and the SSID for the extended network). The performance is as good as I had hoped. I increased the speed from 5 Mbps to 50 and it increases the range too much. It seems that it can also use a channel other than the hotspot. A small problem is that every 3 hours there is a 30 second delay which resolves itself (things directly connected to

Better than AC600

Communications in my home office aren't the worst, I'd say it's more good than bad; However, losing internet connection in the middle of the work day is time consuming and very frustrating to say the least. About 6 months ago I decided to try the AC600 as I have never tried a wifi extender before and to be honest it has disconnected me as often as without it if not more. Easy to use but no features

I have two WiFi extenders at home, one expensive and one cheap. This cheap Wi-Fi extender definitely works and gets the job done, but there are some significant differences when compared to more expensive brands that cost $80-$100. The interface for managing BrosTrend is very simple (which is a good thing). You can't fix the channels that a 2.4G or 5G radio is using, which can come in handy when you need to troubleshoot Wi-Fi connection dropouts due to channel congestion. You cannot track…
