Great tool for managing multiple departments & locations

I like how easy it is to use this program in order manage our communication channels from office wide as well across multiple departments/locations at once! The chat feature has been great because we've built trust quickly over time & have had better results getting info out faster without waiting till someone goes home or gets back into work mode next day which used be sometimes quite annoying before computertalk came along!! We're pretty happy overall but maybe could improve by being able see
