I like that it's not complicated at all for beginners (like me). It has an intuitive interface which makes things very simple! The support team was also great when we had problems with our account after creating multiple accounts in different browsers because of some issues related to security. Crazybump was easy to use, generated great looking maps, especially the lighting maps! It did take quite a while to learn how to configure it and understand all the settings, but once that was sorted, creating maps was easy. Support is good, and documentation has improved over the years.
