Cool but broken playsets

My son with autism loves Daniel Tiger so I thought this would be the perfect gift for him. He loves the car and the music, but the fact that the mother tiger is broken infuriates him. When her legs and face are pointed in the right direction, her tail shows what should be behind it, so when he turns her head, her legs point backwards. I would be happy with this toy if this part was not defective. I didn't want to pay $30 to make my son upset about his toy.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Not everything fits

A toy to take everywhere

Our two year old child plays with it endlessly. When he's not repeating the theme song for the billionth time, he's pushing a button to send it across our kitchen floor. Looks cute, good quality and has survived a few occasional climbs of stairs lol. Loud enough to be fun without being annoying and he managed to fit more toys in than I thought. This is one toy we don't go on a date or to our grandmother without.

Excellent toy Daniel Trolly

For Daniel Tiger and Trolly kids who love this toy, they will definitely like it. Plays familiar songs, says familiar character sets, and makes troll-thing-thing noises before moving. Has storage space under the cart for related items which is nice. There's even an extra slot for more characters. The only thing I don't like is that the trolley mechanic doesn't let you play freely. Rolls poorly, only moving with the push of a button, which is fun but limits gameplay. That is the reason for the 4

Daniel's trolley is everywhere

The boy watches Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood every day so the trolley was a must. His mother saw the film Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, so the story is familiar to several generations. The car plays the song "Stop and Listen to Stay Safe" and repeatedly emphasizes the need to stay close to an adult when in a parking lot or crossing the street. We tied a rope to the front of the wagon so he could pull it around the house behind him. He also likes to push the button to make it roll on its own. A…

Lots of fun for the 3-year-old Daniel Tiger fan!

I love this set! The sounds and movements of this car set it apart from others. It's especially fun when you buy a full set of friends from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and there's room for everyone in the shopping cart! There are phrases for each character, allowing for plenty of room for imaginative play! All the small parts shown are neatly stowed in the lid of the trolley so that nothing gets lost. The only difficult point would be opening the lid of the cart for my son. In 3 it is…

A good toy, but it is very difficult for a child to open the roof.

I have 1 and 3 year old children who love Daniel Tiger. They loved playing with this toy because the sounds and actions are designed for toddlers and little fingers. If you press the forward button, it only rolls 3 feet or so. Which is good because the baby doesn't have to walk far or chase after the cart. The only downside is that the lid has a pretty strong latch at the top that my kids can't open on their own. So mom and dad have to put the characters in the shopping cart. This is not fun…

Broke after 2 days, rolls poorly

Our 2.5 year old is obsessed with Daniel Tiger so I figured he would be a favourite. NO. After two days of use the sound buttons stopped working (just playing a few different records and not the right ones) but I was really glad they broke as my son isn't a fan. He loves anything that rolls, but this wagon doesn't roll well on its own (for example, the wheels just don't work when you're trying to roll it around). You have to press the button and let it rotate by itself. What fun is this for…

Just. Receive. That. Best Playsets

Gave this to a 2.5 year old for Christmas. She tears EVERYTHING. Really, she could work at the post office, she's so good at tearing things up. The cart still goes strong. The trolley bus has just that "Ding-Ding!” The shopping cart has six side buttons, each with two sets. All phrases are displayed accurately and symbolically, and each button has its own icon. There are two buttons at the top of the shopping cart. The cart is made to move forward about four feet before it stops. Another button
