Did not fit a WEN 56200i

Good price. Appeared to be good quality. But did it did not fit a WEN 56200i. (to be fair it does not say it would fit a WEN 56200i - so that is why 5 stars)

Pros

Usage:This Custom Gas Cap Adapter allows the user to hook up an auxiliary gas tank so that it can be used to feed the primary generator gas tank for extended operation time.Each gas cap has a machined 1/4" NPT port on the top to install a standard fuel fitting and fuel line to an auxiliary gas tank (not included).

Cons

Cap threads are oversize. Cap will not tighten on Honda eu2000i generator.

Nicely machined aluminum cap. For Honda.

I have an Aims Power 2000w electric start generator that I'm hoping to get extended fuel capability for. This cap did not fit my generator. The diameter seems correct but the thread pitch seems too small . As an interesting side note, it does screw perfectly on a Walmart Super Tech 5 quart oil jug.
