2004 Dodge Durango 4.7 V8, 126k miles, Had the notorious noisy lifters and added this product with high mileage synthetic oil after reading tons of positive reviews . If your car or light truck has over 100000mi. Add a quart of Rislone instead of 1 quart of oil at next oil change. It will clean upper engine components and keep your engine going for years. I used to run this coal mine pickup trucks before I would rebuild the engines or heads. It cleaned to old engines out so well they looked almost new on the inside. Amazing carbon/sludge remover. This really does work for me, I will continue to use this every oil change. Only regret is wish I had found out about this product sooner.

I have a ’01 Grand Prix 3.1 that has some noticeable valve clicking until the car warms up and then it’s pretty quiet. I tried Sea Foam SF-16 first and nothing changed so. I'm pretty disappointed with this product. I bought it specifically to treat lifter noise, however this additive did nothing to solve the problem. I've used almost all the bars leaks products and they usually work as advertised, however this did not live up to it's reputation. Liqui Moly anti friction is far superior in my experience. If you have an engine that has been rode hard and put away wet (used hard, but not all oIL changes done when due) I recommend to keep some of the build up and sludge at bay and even help clean some of it up. I've used this for years and noted oil consumption reduced by 50%, sometimes more or less depending on if and how much the engine was neglected. I have used Rislone products for most of my life and can't say enough positive comments regarding the performance. After a year of oil changes using Rislone - my oil actually cleans up in the crankcase. This stuff definitely does the job it's supposed to.
