MEAN WELL RS-50-5: 5V 10 Amp AC-DC Power Supply - Efficient and Reliable 50W Single Output Review

The power supply I received produces 5.1 VDC out of the box, which is within the specification required for my application. This should be evident from the pictures, but note that you don't get power connectors. I cut the end of the power cord off the old PC, stripped the wires, and plugged it in. It worked great.

As others have pointed out, some of the seller's photos show a very dirty, used unit with all connection cables severed. This is misleading - this is in fact a brand new power supply from Mean Well. I connected it to my electronic load HP 6060A. Since no current was being drawn, the voltage out of the box was ideally set at 5.1V.
