Highly recommend!: my feedback

These were recommended to me by a co-worker, I see a chiropractor on a regular basis. My job is very high stress and causes a lot of muscle pain. I ordered these Lacrosse massage balls and they are incredible for trigger point areas of pain. I have already recommended them to someone else and will continue to for anyone else that they could help.

I'm In Love - my new review

I got these balls to help relieve some trigger points in my shoulder. Before ordering them I was using a pink rubber hi bounce ball and it just wasn't getting the job done. I found WODFitters mobility balls and decided to give them a try. I've been using them now for about 2 weeks and I love them. They are hard enough to really hit the trigger point to help work it out. I take them with me to work and basically anywhere else I go. I don't leave home without them. The carrying case is so helpful

great for trigger points

I love theses things. Used foam rollers before but they couldn't hit my glutes the way I needed. Got one of these and started rolling my back against a wall. Rolled down to by butt and WOW. Hit some trigger points for my lower back that I didn't know existed. These get alot deep than foam rollers but if you're not used to these it will hurt at first, just take it slow and keep rolling eventually it feels great.

Not only is it a good product, it's from a good seller

Not only did I get my package on a weekend, I also got a nice email w/a manual on how to use the ball. Then, one more from the seller thanking me for the purchase.Now, everyone doesn't have to do such, and it could be automated, but I appreciated the thought and time that went into that message. I don't see something like that often in my online orders. 5 stars, people!(Makes a great gift)

Great for my sore shoulder.

These work nice so far. I will try to update my review once I've been using them longer. Doesn't beat the real thing, but nice in between massages.

The balls were great. Packaged very nicely

The balls were great. Packaged very nicely. And with 3 balls, I keep one in my office, one in backpack and one in my bedroom. Great for getting more circulation to hurting/damaged muscle tissue. My PT had me use similar product but when I found these on amazon I got these and they have been very good!

Good for muscle pain, gets into tight areas

Great for massaging out my back and shoulder muscles and getting deep into small, tight areas. I have problems with tight muscles, but so far these have definitely made a difference to do before or after working out to loosen up and get rid of some of the pain. I also like having the three different ball options and the carrying case!

When tennis balls are too soft.

Graduated from using tennis balls to lacrosse balls for massaging pressure points on upper back/shoulder. The density of the lacrosse balls is perfect for working on stubborn knots. Recommend placing 2 in a sock to help target specific area. Also good massage and exercise for rehabbing ankle and foot injuries.

The Kick in the Massage Ball

The product was just what I expected and needed. These massage balls were an excellent purchase, they feel good when I use them and that is exactly what need right after Kickboxing practice.

I use thes along with the foam roller. I have some really bad knots in my back and these help me relive them so i can keep on track with my workouts.

Completely Awesome!

I love these massage balls, I had injured my lower back on the right side, and while recovering I was over compensating my left side lower back and thigh. I had a coworker turn me on to the massage ball, and OMG! Just a few times a day for just a few minutes massage with the ball up against the wall and while sitting in the chair, the next morning I woke up absolutely NO pain on my left lower back/thigh leg area. I was amazed and then looked online and bought the Lacrosse Balls from WODFitters…

I have had an insane quad pain for the past .

I have had an insane quad pain for the past two years and no matter how many massages I got, I couldn't keep the tightness at bay. The Lacrosse balls are a force to be reckoned with, as they have aided significantly in relieving the stress. I am a swimmer and get tight in my calves and feet, so I'm looking forward to trying them on those areas as well as my back.

I have been using tennis balls for muscle release and these are new for me. I received an email from the seller with a manual that was more than helpful. Being able to use them on a wall has been a great help and encouragement to continue use. These balls are a little too hard for me to use lying on the floor which is what I had done with the tennis balls. This type of muscle release is a very big part of fitness. The bag is convetient. I use a sock to put the balls in when using more than one.

These balls are great for trigger points

These balls are great for trigger points. They work better than tennis balls and will take some of the pressure off from friends who are tired of hearing about the huge knot in you back. You can also use them to juggle.
