Sciatica relief for my opinion

I got some relief from sciatic pain. Hopefully, this will keep the condition under control. Nothing else but regular chiropractor visits has helped.

Pros
  • I liked it because it helped ease the pain in my back and my knee
Cons
  • Can be difficult to properly clean or maintain.

Bought for my 2nd patient

My client loves this she's paralyzed from the waist down, also had a stroke so her arm doesn't move the way it should. But since she has had this she has been using it on her arm and she said it take all the pain away. Her next step is to try to see if it can help with her legs. Fingers crossed. She's more than happy with this product.

Pros
  • Works well and a great price
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find replacement parts or accessories.

Great unit and works great!

I use this TENS system for back pain. The size is great and the pads stick on well. I get a good amount of relief from the product. I think the directions could be more clear.

Pros
  • Great product!! No complaints whatsoever!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, such as epilepsy or heart conditions.

takes some getting used but seems to be pretty effective

Both me and my wife have issues with our lower back and shoulders/neck and are looking for some relief without having to pay for an chiropractor, etc.

Pros
  • The different mode options are nice, but it seems overwhelming to know which one to use.
Cons
  • May not be effective for all muscle groups or areas of the body.

First one wore out after many years

After my first unit stopped working after many years of use it was great to see they were still making them . This one works just fine as good as my old one. Would have liked better selection of pads like had with other one but otherwise very happy with it.

Pros
  • The NURSAL 24-Mode TENS Unit is an innovative solution for pain relief and muscle stimulation that offers 24 different modes and 8 pads for maximum effectiveness, making it a versatile tool for managing a wide range of ailments
Cons
  • May not be covered by a warranty or return policy

Great system for my opinion

I have tried 3 other Tens units and this is by far the best! I love the many options of impulse and pads. Being able to charge via usb and not needing batteries is a huge plus! The instruction booklet is a great help for pad placement and type of pad to use. I shared my unit with three people and they all purchased immediately.

Pros
  • It's rechargeabke, sweet!
Cons
  • Some users may find the sensation disorienting or dizzying.

Great product for price

For the price point, this tool is great. Instructions aren’t the easiest to follow, but once you get the hang of it and play around, it is easy to remember. Has several levels and options to find a few that you like

Pros
  • This product works well. I have shoulder problems and it relieves the pain. I recommend this product
Cons
  • The pads do not stick after the first use

A surprise marvel! best in my review

Someone recommended to me and I am amazed. I read instructions carefully and it is powerful so easing my way into it, but it is the first device that feels like you are receiving a massage. You know every single automated "massage" product on the market feels like an ineffectual buzzing piece of plastic or fabric vibrating but not really feeling it on your back.well this product even on a level 3, it feels like deep release is happening in the tissues, just like a hands on massage. And the…

Pros
  • My personal physical therapy at home it works to relieve my tendencies.
Cons
  • Could interfere with other medical treatments or therapies.

perfect little gadget

arrived faster than expected, nicely packaged, so simple to use and effective. rechargeable battery, cable included. lainyard comes handy so you can walk around holding it while connected to wires. this is my first time with a tens unit, did lots of research and read tons of reviews until i settled for this nursal tens unit. strongly recommend to anyone considering a tens unit.

Pros
  • Very easy to use but pads didn't stay sticky long enough for full effect
Cons
  • May not be covered by insurance.

Small but well made

So far the unit has helped. Was surprised at how small the unit is, rally the size of the old iPods or MP3 players. So far I have only used the smallest pads and there are some modes and intensity levels which are too powerful to handle, so appears to still have plenty of power.Four stars for now only because I have not tried the larger pads or more than 2 pads at a time. Will update review later but good purchase so far.

Pros
  • Help with the pain
Cons
  • Risk of electrical interference or damage to electronic devices.

Feels great while it works!

Only problem is, I’ve had to return 3 times on 3 different devices! It petered out after a week or so on each one! Other than that it sure works on my sciatica! Not giving up, trying other brands until I find "THE ONE”!

Pros
  • Medical Supplies & Equipment
Cons
  • Can be difficult to properly dispose of used pads or components.

Pros
  • Easy to use. Great to wear. SO much better than the old ones.
Cons

Great Gift For Anyone

I got this as a gift for Mother's Day and honestly we both use it all the time. Very easy to set up, takes less than a minute. So many different modes to enjoy and explore. We have really bad cramps and stress knots but this lil baby does us justice. Also, I've had it for a month or so and I still haven't charged it. Battery lasts forever which is a big plus.

Pros
  • Memory Function– NURSAL TENS machine remembers and sets the massage mode you have applied last time without selecting your preferred modes again and again when power on. What’s more, long press the home button to activate the screen lock function, it helps to prevent any accidental touch during the use, thus it enables a muscle relaxing time for your own.
Cons
  • May not be recommended for individuals with a history of seizures or epilepsy.

This product MUST be used with caution!

I have chronic pain in both hips and knees . This product helps reduce that misery. I don’t recommend using past level 5-6 . Some of the settings feel like a real massage. My pain is is bad enough that I needed 30- 60 min sessions. Again please use caution as the higher levels are extremely intense!

Pros
  • great unit and a great price works well and is simple to use
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with metal implants or braces.
