Polaris Sheets is a free cloud based accounting software designed specifically for small businesses.

This was a great learning tool for us. It has helped us to see how our products perform and identify trends in our business. We would recommend this software to any small business. It has a simple user interface that anyone can learn in a matter of minutes. If you are looking for something powerful and easy to use, this software is for you! The best thing about Polaris Sheets is it's simplicity. With only three screens (one login screen), you don't need an MBA or PhD to get started using it.

Pros
  • Great support through the email system
  • The software works perfectly for what we needed
Cons
  • It's expensive, especially if you want more than five users
  • I'm not sure if it was due to limited resources or bad documentation

Excel is a spreadsheet application developed by Microsoft Corporation.

Great interface and functionality. Inbuilt pivot table, great charting tools and formatting options. Lots of conditional formatting options to help make your data more easily understandable. The UI and UX is simple, clean and user friendly. It’s fast and responsive. Overall very easy to use. Excel is just so old fashioned! I would love if they added some features like automatic row numbering or even better yet an auto-number feature for each cell when you insert/delete rows. Also it would be…

Excellent Productivity Booster For Students

The best part of using this software is that it can be used by every user without any training required. It also has excellent features which are designed to help in various ways like creating diagrams and graphs, performing calculations etc. There isn't anything I dislike about this tool as such but sometimes when you have more than one screen open at once, it becomes difficult to switch between them.
