Description of Saleswhale

Saleswhale is a conversational marketing platform that provides businesses with an AI Assistant to follow-up, engage and qualify leads at scale. Your AI Assistant reaches out to leads and gets conversations going. Leads that do not respond at any point after a certain number of days will be politely followed up with for as many touch-points as you deem necessary. When a lead requests more information your AI Assistant will be able to determine which piece of content is being requested for and respond with relevant attachments. If a lead turns out to be the wrong person to have a discussion with, your AI Assistant is able to request to be referred to the right person. When a lead happens to be on vacation or medical leave, and an out-of-office autoreply is detected, your AI Assistant will be able to pick out the date he/she will be back at the office. The moment a lead wants to speak to a sales rep, your AI Assistant will rope the sales rep into the email, make an introduction and hand it off.

Great conversational AI tool that really improves prospect conversion

I like how fast we can close deals in our sales team. The UI of the product and customer support are great! Not much dislike as yet but would love for them to add more features such as sending emails from their bot. They also do not currently offer any discount codes or loyalty programs so this feature could be added if they ever decide to do it. We use the chatbot to answer simple questions about the product during the trial period. This helps us identify whether prospects want to move…

Great platform for managing all your professional relationships

I like how easy it was for me as someone who has never built anything before in my life! The support team were very helpful when we ran into issues or had questions along our way which helped us get things working quickly - they are always quick enough respond but not too pushy about getting you back right away if your issue isn't urgent (which can be so hard sometimes!) We have been able use this tool since day one of using salesforce CRM software & now having something else makes managing…
