very comfortable for my opinion

works in sandals, but does shift around a little bit.other than gluing a metatarsal cookie in my sandal, this is the best solution I have found for sandals. It does stay in place really well in a shoe.

Pros
  • Nice product. Provides pain relief for tender calluses on lateral ball of feet
Cons
  • Very quirky and hard to get used to

Spenco Rx ball of foot

I recently started a job that requires me to be on my feet for 8 -10 hours a day on a concrete floor. At 49 my feet were killing me especially the balls of my feet.I tried everything I could buy at stores but could not find anything that would help much, untill I tried these Spenco's.Wow, what a difference. These things are a godsend. They are well built, they stay in my Red Wing boots without moving and you can tell they will last a long time. I no longer have the ball of foot pain that I had,

Pros
  • It won't slip or bunch up inside your shoe
Cons
  • May not be able to withstand heavy use

Pros
  • The pad is durable and long-lasting – it won't wear out quickly

Spenco Rx Ball of Foot

Bought a pair of Spenco Rx Ball of Foot Medium pads - they're OK and seem to work better when you insert them in your tennis shoes. not as comfortable when wearing high heels pumps,a little high, perhaps I should have bought the size small.

Pros
  • Inserts & Insoles
Cons
  • Can be difficult to remove from shoes

I agree with the other low raters for this pad.

They are too thick, and don't fit in most of my shoes. When I found a pair of shoes they fit in, I found the height was too much - I started limping after a very short time. But of course, it's possible (although unlikely) that I didn't insert them correctly, since (as someone else pointed out), they do not come with instructions.

Pros
  • The medium size can also fit those with slightly larger or smaller feet
Cons
  • May lose effectiveness over time

They are o.k. good for me

I bought these thinking they would help with the shooting pain in my toes when I walked. But they only made it worse. The quality of the product is good, and I can see how they would be beneficial to someone with foot pain, They just didn't work for the discomfort I was experiencing. They were shipped in a timely manner too. I would order from this seller again, if they had the products that would help me.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Can be difficult to position correctly

Good product on my review.

At first the pads felt weird, being so thick in the middle, but I got used to the feel when dancing on them. The balls of my feet felt so good after dancing. It took some practice to figure out how to place them in the shoes, how far up the foot they should go. I had to read a customer review to learn which side was the bottom. They should explain that in the product description that comes in the box, and on their website.

Pros
  • It's a simple solution to a common foot problem – no need for complicated treatments or surgeries
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find the right size
