I like that it is easy enough for my employees who are not super computer savvy or techy people themselves. The interface isn't always intuitive so you can have some issues getting around in there if they don't know how to use their mouse well yet- but its very user friendly once they figure out what everything does! The best thing about this scheduling software is that it allows you schedule employees in multiple times which makes things easier. It's also easy to use as well since I have not had any issues with using it so far. There are no major downsides or anything but maybe the initial cost may be too high if you want everything included like other products do include all the tools we need at once.
