Works right out of the box

Took this barcode scanner out of the box, plugged it into the base with the included USB cable and let it charge for a few hours. Ran through the manual and pulled the trigger to turn it on and it was ready to go. The scanner comes pre-paired with the base and can work with both Mac and PC. You can scan the barcodes in the manual to set specific scanner settings, but the default settings worked great for us. It has good range from the base and is much more convenient than a wired scanner.

Easy Bluetooth pairing on my Mac

I am very satisfied with this TEEMI TMSL-57CR 1D 2D Bluetooth Barcode Scanner. It's well built and much better quality than expected for a low price. We were able to unbox it and get it up and running in about 10 minutes, and we spent most of our time reading the instructions to make sure we were setting it up correctly. The device was paired to our Mac via Bluetooth in just a few minutes. Seconds and we immediately saw the benefits of not using a tethered scanner. The range is pretty…

Holds a charge, does not charge.

I'm throwing this thing away 'cause it won't hold a charge or charge. We used it for light retail. Used during the day and then charged through the charging station all night. He'll honk at you for an hour or less. It doesn't charge quickly and isn't suitable for a large warehouse or high-usage area. We've been using it in retail at 50 transactions per day but as mentioned it won't charge and then just starts beeping. Actually, it can't be used other than wired at the moment. I will get my…

Very good scanner, mobile friendly!

Finding a quality barcode scanner isn't always easy. There are many options on the market, but most of them have some limitations. The great thing about it: - It can read both printed and screen barcodes! This makes this scanner really useful, especially when you see customers emailing (scannable) coupon codes etc. It supports many popular formats, notably 1D (standard barcode) and 2D (QR). format, etc.) - Excellent battery life, the scanner is very comfortable to hold. - It reads quickly…

We love it. on POS (point of sale) devices

We don't sell very large items so our wired scanners work every day. We also have a non-Bluetooth wireless scanner, so we were excited to try it out. We set it up using the QR code in the instructions, not the code under the base. It paired easily with the iPad, but we had to make sure it was enabled in the "Don't auto-hide keyboard" feature, otherwise we wouldn't be able to type after scanning. What we don't like is that you have to turn it on and have it sync again after a few hours of…

Scans barcodes others can't!

I bought this wireless barcode scanner for work because we only have wired scanners and we think the wired function is too inconvenient when scanning large or heavy items, to lift them onto counters. I work in a sporting goods store, so there are often things like bikes that are difficult to scan with a wired scanner. Setting up the scanner is very simple and convenient: connect the base to the cash register computer and then scan the underlying QR code with the scanner and a wireless…
