You cannot attach all the magnets to the rod at once. If you do that, they just fold up and don't show my students the repulsion of the magnets. Cheaply made in my opinion.

Just what I need for practice but wish the bottom magnet didn't float 3-4cm above the base. I'm not sure why the stand was designed that way, but it does make the magnets and stand prone to tipping over during lab work.

Poorly finished product. The rings are plastic with a small magnet inside that doesn't seem to be turning all the way. Thus, there simply isn't enough magnetic force to attract or repel enough to cause levitation. And as soon as there are more than two magnets on the rack, they become too heavy and any minimal levitation effect disappears. Return bad product.
