Love this touchless kitchen faucet. Thought the high arch would be too high, but wasn't at all. The sensor is conveniently placed at the left front side and so far works like a dream. Water stays on for 3 minutes before automatically turning itself off. Do not find this an inconvenience. So glad to find the dark finish also. Very happy with my purchase.

I decided to try to install this myself and was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. The instructions are very clear and it doesn't take too much time to install. I was worried the motion sensor would either be too sensitive or not sensitive enough but it's the perfect amount. It only shuts on/off if I make the effort to wave my hand in front of the sensor and I only have to wave my hand once. Feels sturdy and well made. Came packaged well with no damage. Very easy install for anyone with DIY skills. Took me about 30 minutes after removing the old one. They only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the default mode is spray. After turning on the water, spray mode is on and after changing it to stream, turning the water off then back on automatically changes the mode to spray again. We purchased the Soosi faucet and it was very easy to install. I love the look of the faucet with my oil rubbed bronze pulls and knobs and a copper sink. It is an awesome faucet at a great price, however, when I turn it on it defaults to the spray function instead of the normal faucet stream that I'm used to. This item was perfect and worked fine for a month, now it lost water pressure, we replaced batteries and would like a replacement. Thank you I was informed it was ordered and delivered in April, so I can't get it replaced. That is ridiculous! No guarantee on this product! Be wary

I purchased this faucet back in May 2021. The "hands free" feature worked great for 2 months then the sensor quit working. I changed the batteries with new batteries twice. Still no "hands free" feature. There were very poor instructions with the unit and the customer support contact information is only: Grace2899812792@163.com. Probably a back store Chinese email if it even a real email address. I've emailed this stupid address 3 times with NO response. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Sensor stopped working after two months. Luckily I was able to bypass the sensor module so it works like a non-sensor faucet. Really disappointing since I purchased this specifically for the sensor feature. *update - company sent me a replacement to fix the faulty one and now this one is leaking everywhere. This faucet looks great however, if you want to utilize the handless operation - it drips so although that was one of the main reasons we got this - we probably will turn that feature off. Apparently there is no way to tighten this to keep from having the constant drip. Also - hot/cold indicators are backwards. hot is on the right.

We've had this faucet for a couple weeks now and we love it. Easy to install, no big issue so far. It does have a slight lag when turning off using the no touch so give it a sec to shut off.

Was looking for a 3 function motion sense faucet and this fit the bill. The 3rd function is almost like a pressure washer, it can get stuck on messes removed, but prepare for spray to go everywhere. The spray head is plastic, but I couldn't find a similar function in this price range that didn't have a plastic head. Faucet came in a timely fashion. Installed, works as advertised. Note: mark the battery compartment with white correction fluid, it's easy to put in backwards, look for the small "lock" on the corresponding side with a groove.

Love the faucet however the quick connects leaks on and off when using the automated shutoff when the water is left on so worried about using it. I want to love it but don't trust the connections.
