Vintage Style Grensk Dimmable LED Edison Bulbs - 3 Pack Review

Really impressed with these LED Edison style light bulbs.We used them in our hanging pendant light in the dining room area, on a dimmable switch and it works great. Love the different levels of brightness, from low to brightest. The brightest setting is more of a daytime level and what we used most of the time. During the evenings well use the dimmable switch on the wall to tone down the brightness a notch or two and it creates a beautiful ambience in the dining room.The bulbs seem to be pretty

I installed 3 of these over our kitchen island. As soon as I flipped the switch, I heard a repeated popping noise. As I walked over to see where it was coming from, one of the bulbs exploded, sending glass all over the kitchen. It was on for less than 10 seconds before this happened. Afterwards, all the filaments were still lit, but it was hard to get out of the socket. (Update: I ordered another three-pack of this style bulb from a different manufacturer, thinking I could mix and match, in spite of these being rated as 1600 lumen and the others being 1700. I was sorely mistaken. Using my light meter and using the identical setup I measured these to be over 10% brighter than the others. If there is anything I have found it is in LED lighting the stated lumen rating is nothing more than a general suggestion. So it is wise to order full sets for the lights you…

They are bright & have the old fashioned Edison light look. Energy efficient 12watt . 120 watt 2700k & 1600 lumens is pretty bright.Unfortunately for my two pendant lights . They weren't bright enough. I was trying to replace the 2 regular 100 watt led light bulbs that are 5000k daylight. I knew these were 2700k but thought 120 watts & the same 1600 lumens would be about the same brightness.

I purchased these for my clear glass variety fixtures where the visual interest of the Edison bulbs adds great ambiance. It is really hard to find an Edison bulb in this higher wattage range, and - furthermore - one that is actually as bright as it says it is.These ones are even brighter! These LED bulbs are energy-saving and last longer than incandescent ones. There is no flickering and they put out a lot of light. I plan to use these outdoors for our porch light. Time will tell how long these last but the build quality seems decent.
