I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Because of the rapid configuration, which is identical to setting up a standard home router, I believe beginners can also handle it. Future prospects are really promising. has benefits "Cisco for the poor" can be configured in a variety of ways and is ideal for customizing to your needs. Nothing at a comparable price even comes close to comparing with it. Many drawbacks The product is unfinished, and it lacks memory (memory costs pennies, which begs the question of why the maker would do such a

Great product, a pleasure to use.

It has been modified to read HAP AC2 in place of HAP AC. The first HAP AC has a processor with a lower performance than the second, but both of them have an SFP port. The second, on the other hand, has a processor that is more powerful, but it does not have an SFP port. In my particular instance, the qualities of the "hap square" won out, and I came to a decision based on it. The benefits of it include: ports capable of Gigabit speeds and dual-band wifi 4-core processor Features There are…

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I used to always skimp on routers and suffer because of them. I chose to use Mikrotik this time and did not fail. I won't go into the setup's complexity, but there is a simple quick setup method that anyone can use. Easily and quickly. Now, everything at home moves quickly.

Pros
  • Price vs. quality work rate Reliability various settings
Cons
  • It will be challenging for persons who do not speak English to understand the names of the parameters.

This router's weaknesses can be used to explain its advantages. The router is a quality device. Capsman is set up on the two (Hap ac2 and Hap ac lite) that I have in a bundle for "seamless" WiFi roaming throughout the flat. A wireless interface that was under the manager's control would not start during the two days it needed to set up. The device is fine overall, but it is best avoided for use at home if you don't want to spend the time setting it up and if you don't have much experience with

Pros
  • extensive settings that give you practically complete freedom.
Cons
  • The setting is challenging.

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

In general, it seems like a good idea, as you just have to configure it once. Stability on par with that of Keenetic. Prior to that, there existed the TP-Link Archer A6, which required a daily stable reboot. But it would be wonderful if the maker was up-to-date, included current functions, seamless roaming, etc., and updated the app and firmware accordingly. After all, the router is set up in their line as if it were a residential router.

Pros
  • Consistently and stably functional Many specialized options High-quality scalability and network implementation for commercial and residential settings. A strong signal that doesn't slow down your connection, even in a compact apartment. The router is compact and unobtrusive, and its lack of external antennae is a major benefit. A USB modem or storage device can be attached.
Cons
  • The router's operating system isn't made for home use; not everyone can get it up and running. You should look into various guides before making a purchase. The lack of an integrated print server (only network printers can be connected here initially) Unfortunately, there is no DLNA server (connecting a hard drive and streaming video from it to a TV set will not work) Unfortunately, neither Time Machine nor the ability to utilize a network to back up a computer are supported (it is obvious that one can purchase a NAS, but one can get by without this feature on home routers). Despite the OS's scalability options, 8022022 k / v does not support true seamless roaming, meaning that users may notice temporary interruptions in service when moving between access points in a wide-area network. It's odd that an entire year has passed since the iOS app was last updated in 2022. (for Android, they seem to have made a second application with simplified settings, which will go for home settings) When in use, the USB 2.0 port gets quite hot (it would be possible to install 3.0) No WPA3

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

I have worked with routers made by a variety of manufacturers throughout the course of my career. There were also zukels, TP-links, and Asus computers equipped with linksis. If you know a little bit about networks and you need to do more than just connect your laptop to the Internet, then Mikrotik is without a doubt the ideal choice for you to use. At home, I have approximately 20 different gadgets that have a network interface, and it is imperative that I maintain order among all of this…

Pros
  • The unquestionably superior router for use in the home. It is simple to assemble. There are a great many opportunities.
Cons
  • Mikrotik doesn't have them.

Good value for money, I recommend it.

However, the user interface is somewhat unclear; in order to establish the names of both networks, you will need to do some extensive googling. As a result, the 5G network was the only one that was configured. While I was looking for whether there is a firmware for OpenWRT, as it turned out, I made a mistake with the name (there is a firmware for the first AC model), but after finding that OpenVPN is supported on the side of the router itself, I chose to go with it. Even when accessed through…

Pros
  • A very complicated thing, with a great deal of different options to choose from.
Cons
  • The user interface has a number of flaws, such as how to alter both wifi network names, and the placements of the options are not very intuitive. In point of fact, configuring everything using the command line is the most straightforward method. It was discovered that just the most important OpenVPN parameters are supported and that support is only partial. Unfortuitously, a list containing these restrictions is included among the components of a VPN that actually works. It does not have an OpenWRT firmware available for it. My time was wasted on this fancy router's settings, and it turned out to be nothing more than an ordinary WiFi distributor =(

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Before making a purchase, I did a lot of research on RouterOS by reading a lot of reviews and manuals about how to set it up. This network, followed by the Internet, then NAT, then the firewall, and so on and so forth. It worked out to be quite a bit simpler than expected. If you already have the connection settings set up, then QuickSetup will finish in under a minute. I have a PPPoE connection with Rostelecom; after entering a user name and password and saving the information, I was…

Pros
  • What he took for granted - gives out the speed at the rate. Does not cut or break when using torrents and all of the other applications. No matter what others have to say, the ease of setup is the most important factor (Quick Setup). And yet, I continue to read evidence to the contrary. Reliability of the brand is high, as microt is as consistent as a wooden door. New firmware is continually being released, and it brings both stability and innovation.
Cons
  • Becoming more comfortable. Appearance in the context of a novice. The first configuration could only be done via wire; the utility did not pick up the signal via Wi-Fi. That's not a problem at all. The rapid setup only allows for 5 GHz configurations to be made by default. Price. Yet the investment is worthwhile, and you only need to make it once.

Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

I'm hoping it would be able to switch to openwrt (according to their wiki, it is), else it turns out to be nothing more than a brick:( has various benefits: It generally suited me (for quite a few years - there are a lot of Mikrotiks "in the household"). incredibly versatile configuration possibilities (at some point, even out of stupidity, I set up mpls, although it was possible to get by with vlans). A reasonable price (was). Cons include: But on one unlucky occasion, the router lost its…

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

This is a fantastic gadget, and it can be set up in any way you like. I assembled a set for "udalenka" that includes a modem. Easy and reliable, albeit some firewall and mango telecom tweaking was required. You just needed to enable SIP once. The power supply of the modem is sufficient. received praise and a wealth of experience. Activates the super channel.

Pros
  • Price. modifiability and adaptability. Power.
Cons
  • I wasn't able to discover it on my own. It will be challenging to serve users who live in technological backwaters.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

Yet it wasn't faultless. LTE modems will not function, as previously stated, hence it cannot replace HEX Gr3 (it keeps one along the way). Using 12V power does not work. What purpose does this port serve in general? A useless, stupid port! On the one hand, IPSec + wifi in two bands, wave2 is not yet useful, and on the other, a silly USB connector, no card slot, and no guy, the whole impression is not clear-cut. PS Add more fencing to a garland. I don't want food and snot, and I don't want to…

Pros
  • Long-awaited dual band 951G replacement! Advantages: Wave2 2.4/5Ghz 2x2 IPSec
Cons
  • Cons: Wave2 is not supported by client devices, does not support LTE modems (only external power). Under load, it heats up approximately about 850Gx2. MicroSD card slot absent a single USB (and that does not hold a modem) No PoE OUT as in the previous variant. SFP port absent

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

I've used microtics at businesses for more than a year, so when my old router started to fail, I chose to replace it with a microtic as well. Why choose this specific model? She possesses wonderful qualities. On the Internet, there are various educational resources for setting up specific functions.

Pros
  • Simple to set up. Setup just takes a few minutes because of the Fast Set feature. There is no need for special expertise. The Child Control feature is used to limit kids' online time. adjustable for many intervals throughout the day. Both on a computer and on a tablet or smartphone, all by IP and MAC address. continuous work. Soft soft-touch plastic that is aesthetically pleasing. a practical stand. It can be kept on the table or hung up elsewhere.
Cons
  • No

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

There was a drastic change in the 2.4 GHz router's behavior. The WiFi connection frequently dropped, and the router occasionally disappeared into thin air, where it stopped relaying any communication at all. Having found no purpose for it, I parted ways with Mikrotik. And then I made a decision I don't regret making: we should already upgrade to a better model. Incredible reliability; I switched it on and set it up a year ago, and it hasn't restarted except when I flash it or the light goes out

Pros
  • Superb aesthetics and practicality. When there are many 2.4 GHz networks in the area, 5 GHz becomes crucial. Job security. throughput. There is only one Gigabit Ethernet port.
Cons
  • While others may be intimidated by the setup's complexity, I find it to be straightforward.

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

I am a fan of Xiaomi and of course when it came time to buy a router with 4 antennas, but when I connected to the provider it turned out that the speed was 2 times lower than stated, I was advised to change the router and the truth was that the speed became even slightly higher than the paid one. There are instructions, and even though the settings are complicated, there are no issues after the router has been set up, connected to the Internet, etc.

Pros
  • increase in internet speed
Cons
  • a little more costly than analogs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

I had to look things up on the forums and in the Mikrotik support page before I was able to get it working in access point mode, but after a few resets, everything was good to go. An amazing solution for contemporary televisions, each of which only has a 100 MB port and prohibits the viewing of remixes with a bitrate that is higher than 100 MB per second. If you select the 5GHz mode with simply AC-, you will easily be able to receive transmissions of 300 megabytes and higher over the air (if…

Pros
  • Mode powered exclusively by AC, very small and compact
Cons
  • Not ridiculously simple to set up, but not overly challenging either

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am not disappointed, the quality is satisfying.

I anticipated that the nearly professional equipment would operate without issue for many years. But unfortunately, albeit less frequently than with the old router, there are still sporadic issues. different benefits Works quickly and has admin and user settings. The pace is excellent. The reception is strong even when it breaks through a solid wall, and the antennas do not protrude from the wall. With drawbacks: Every week, for approximately a minute, it shuts off all wireless equipment; the…

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

This is the first time I've worked with the vendor in question. Not a dish for holding soap. I muddled through the process of setting up pptp. Comes with debugging. To configure igmp multicast, I also had to delve deeper. However, this is a standard guideline, and the firewall needs to have very careful configuration based on the findings of the vulnerability assessment. There was no use of Winbox. Following cisco strange CLI. Now I have a second one, this time it's a panel house. Began…

Pros
  • The cold iron. Because of the antenna, I decided to take it home with me; it can finish 2.5 GHz transmissions through two walls and can finish them all the way down to street level. PPTP c provider continues to work perfectly. Uptime equal to six months. After it is done, it is forgotten. Valuable for the cost. routerOS. It will also be put into the labs for those individuals who like to experiment with actual pieces of machinery. IPSec, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, 802.1q available.
Cons
  • For myself, I didn't notice it.

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

Do you wish to have something similar to a network constructor? Purchase Mikrotik! I'm not an information technology expert; I just enjoy learning new things and delving deeper into topics that interest me. However, this course far surpassed all of my expectations; in the past 5 years, I have not read as much about networks nor acquired as much knowledge about them. Do you want all of those functions and features, which were registered at once in some DD-WRT, to be available right out of the…

Pros
  • Adaptability in terms of environments The intensity of the wafer signal is absolutely fine. Looks nice
Cons
  • Complicated to put in place

Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

If the Router OS setup does not frighten you, the piece of equipment is great for small offices and/or the residential segment. Everyone is pleased with the number of people I installed, but if you don't want to or are unable to tinker with the settings, this is not the device for you. Got advantages: Qualified users adore Router OS for its adaptability, stability, and balance of pricing and functionality. I nearly forgot to mention that this piece of iron can already be adored because it has…
