The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

Works in wireless client mode in conjunction with a router of the same manufacturer. Installed in a closed cabinet with no overheating problems. Sometimes there are rare cases of loss of connection with the router for a short time, then everything functions normally again.

Pros
  • It has been working without problems for more than a year since it was turned on, it keeps good communication with the router, it also distributes its network well.
Cons
  • Connection is a song and dance, with a tambourine, of course! With a D-Link router as non-native, no transfer of network settings using WPS. An attempt to connect to the repeater's Wi-Fi network to configure it was also unsuccessful. The leaflet out of the box did not lift the veil of secrecy. Only after downloading the 90-page manual from the manufacturer's website, you will find that you can make it work only by connecting it to a computer via a cable, manually rewriting the necessary parameters, then easily configure the wireless network through the web interface, but here at least everything is almost the same as the settings of the router. Not enough 5GHz band.

I chose tp-link, but there were a lot of negative reviews on them, I stumbled upon this one, it seems to be a novelty and a proven brand (there are somewhere around 300, 320, 500 of some kind, everyone worked with a bang). There was a weak signal in the kitchen through 3 brick walls from Keenetic Zyxel 4g). I took it, set it up, checked the signal, it became excellent, even on the street in the car I catch a network (3rd floor), and keeps the connection. After 3 days, the purchase began - the…

Pros
  • Well expands the coverage area and keeps the speed (when working)
Cons
  • Constant breaks and slows down the connection. It is treated by turning it off from the outlet. The instruction in the kit is empty, most likely it will not work, you need to download it from the site, everything is detailed there and it starts right away.
