I am working on a website which requires my partner and I to work on taking photos and posting them of our work. This requires a variety of different media access to upload our photos to our chromebook to post them online. I got this to help.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a box which is shrink wrapped in plastic (important if your delivery person leaves the package in the rain) and the unit itself is covered in an electronic suitable bag inside the box. There is also an instruction paper.CORDThe cord is heavy duty and is approximately 18 inches long. It is reinforced and very sturdy. It has a USB plug.SLOTSThe slots are placed on two sides of the unit.LIGHTThere is a blue light on the unit to let you know when it is plugged in.PERFORMANCE?I am using this right now to upload photos to my computer. It works great with excellent upload time. I especially like this because I can go from Micro SD card to SD card without having to have an adapter.PROBLEMS?The only problem I have had is because I did not click the SD card into place. You have to have a very obvious click when the card is pushed into place.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is perfect for me. I love having the SD and Micro SD card slots handy. It is small, fits in my work bag with my chromebook and works very well.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I like this a lot. I am very glad I got it. IT comes in VERY handy especially with Micro SD cards.
