Review on Acer CB282K Smiiprx FreeSync Adjustable 4K Monitor with Height Adjustment and 3840X2160 Resolution by Mike Superdave

I bought this as a second monitor for my home office as I work remotely. The monitor delivers an excellent refresh rate, brightness and is a good monitor in all respects. 2 weeks after the purchase the display port failed and is not working. However, the two HDMI ports still work. Contacted Revain support to discuss a replacement monitor as it broke within a month of purchase. I expected Revain to exchange the item and fix the error on their end. Instead, they simply threw me at Acer for support. For now, Revain is just a reseller and an unnecessary extra step. I could buy this monitor from a local store and have it replaced same day. In general, I'm just very dissatisfied. As someone who works from home at a tech company, losing a monitor impacts my productivity. I don't think I'll be using Revain next time I need to buy similar gear.
