Very patient and understanding with newbie in crosscultural environment
The team was very helpful, knowledgeable about Chinese culture & language which made it easy for me as an American expat who speaks English only! They were able understand my needs well enough so I could trust them fully when they said we had found someone right away (and she did). She worked hard all day every single workday until her last week of employment here - never complained once even though there are times where you don't want your employer's help but need theirs instead because things aren’t going smoothly due to cultural differences etc.. We needed some assistance from our HR department since this position wasn' t listed anywhere online yet nor any other positions open within Global Affairs Canada/ Public Service Commissioning Agency(PSCA) organization.
