The ability for users to log in from anywhere, even if they don't have access to their computer at work or home! This feature has helped our team with troubleshooting issues related to remote working/home office employees who are unable to physically attend meetings due to COVID restrictions across all states within Canada (and many countries).

It also allows them to continue using email as an asynchronous communication channel which helps keep workflow efficient during this time period when we cannot meet face to face. Nothing that I dislike about it yet but would be interested in hearing any feedback anyone else may provide once you've used the product yourself :) We're solving problems by allowing people to remotely connect via video conferencing instead of having everyone come into one physical location every week for training sessions etc., thus reducing risk spread amongst staff members while still maintaining continuity throughout teams globally where needed.
