I don't understand why some people are unhappy with the design because it seems extremely creative, like the belly of a well-fed spider. The on/off switch for the engine is designed to look like a hoof. The hump at the back serves as a convenient and comfortable seating area. The noise made by scrolling the wheel can be eliminated by applying a light amount of pressure on it at the appropriate moments. A few advantages include: the main section of the mouse is made of a rubberized, soft substance; the keys can be programmed (on the wheel that moves from left to right, you can put anything from modifying the layout to deleting a character); and the buttons are reliable and quiet. Despite its one-sided design, it fits comfortably in either the right or the left hand, and the dim sensor lighting element does not come into contact with the eye when the device is flipped over. Various cons: The thumb tends to stick to additional buttons on the left; these buttons do not have to be programmed to do operations such as shutdown or reboot; rather, it is preferable to set them to copy and paste, volume, or another function that is less catastrophic.
