The ease of use is amazing, all you need to do for it to work perfectly is have your API key in place! It's also very secure as only those who know what they're doing can access anything that isn't publically available. The most useful feature is that it has all of our business apps in one place! It makes scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports etc MUCH easier to do from anywhere with my blackberry vs having them stored separately within each app like outlook or excel would be cumbersome for me at work (in addition I have 2 computers so this works just fine!). It is easy to use for both admin and end users. It's very customizable. I was able to create a survey that is very specific to what we need. The mobile version allows us to get answers from people who are out in the field. We can also collect data from people at different locations without having to keep them waiting.
