I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.

This "ball-and-stick mechanism" was purchased to replace the previous Orbit Optical model, which served for several years. Compared to it, the ball of this model moves more smoothly and is less sensitive to contamination of the supports. The material of the ball and its supports is new, obviously more wear-resistant, on the old ball it quickly became covered with small scratches, which worsened the smoothness of the ride. Unlike the old model, the ball is fixed by the protrusions of the body…

Pros
  • No fatigue during prolonged work; Low sensitivity to contamination of ball bearings; Positioning accuracy; The presence of a scroll wheel; Captive ball; Symmetrical design, equally suitable for both right-handers and left-handers; Practical surface finish;
Cons
  • The scroll wheel does not have fixed positions (ratchet), which can be inconvenient in some cases; Difficulty in sale;

The product is completely satisfied, performs its functions.

Bought this turkball as a fun gadget for my birthday. The toy is interesting and surprisingly comfortable . I don’t suffer from tunnel syndrome, I don’t work in professional graphic programs, and the mouse suits me just fine, I use the trackball in ordinary programs (YouTube, Windows .). The trackball can be used more lazily than the mouse, the labor costs are less, so to speak, and you can move the cursor very accurately. The setup program assigns keys to slow down and to move only…

Pros
  • Crawling with a ball is quite funny, the cursor is positioned easily and accurately. The scroll wheel is very easy to use.
Cons
  • Inconvenient button placement. The ball sticks with micro movements. The sensor breaks down during fast rotation. Lost mouse settings.

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

Pleasantly surprised. I have long wanted to try trackballs, but the prices are somehow incomprehensible. Too high. But then my comrades helped me, who went to the neighbors across the ocean. And there I bought a boo for 23 USD on Amazon. New costs about 28. Now I will take the second, for the house. gets used very quickly. For 3 days it is already difficult to use a regular mouse. now I'm thinking about how to get off the ms ergonomic 4000 keyboard to kinesis or something equally ergonomic.

Pros
  • handy manipulator! Very comfortable! The wheel is generally above all praise - the most convenient scrolling at the moment. The wrist support helps - I usually have a "cold" table and it's not comfortable to put my wrist on it, but it's good with an elastic band. takes up little static space. which means that nothing goes anywhere and remains in its place.
Cons
  • The third button is really missing. according to my feelings - it would be cool if the ball was a button. but, in Linux, you can very easily reassign the functionality of the buttons, which is no problem.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

In general, a very convenient and useful device, especially for standard office work. It takes some getting used to, you have to work noticeably more with your fingers. To get the cursor to a specific point out of habit is more difficult than with the mouse. I would like the ball to be larger one and a half times - I think this will facilitate positioning. The scroll wheel is comfortable, but under the left hand it works, as it were, "vice versa". I tried to install "native" software in order…

Pros
  • Convenient, ergonomic, requires a minimum of space. Fast moving and positioning of the cursor (2 x 24" monitors) Easy to clean
Cons
  • Sometimes the third button is missing (click wheel) Not everything is clear with the application for settings.

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

I ordered it in China about a year ago, since they were not yet sold in our country and nothing like that either. By the way, now on Aliexpress they cost even more than in offers on Make. We only had logitechs at that time, but they definitely lose to this trackball. The hand is very comfortable. All day at the computer at work, saves! I do not use a stand, my hand is medium in size. I recommend!

Pros
  • there are simply no words to describe what a convenient thing!
Cons
  • I would like to scroll more slowly or soft to adjust

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

I chose for a long time and, after reading all 9 reviews on the Market, forked out for 3200. I was on sale in only two places, so there was not much choice. Since it is used together with the ms keyboard 4000 keyboard, it turned out to be inconvenient to work with the right hand (the right part of this keyboard is longer than the left). I tried to rearrange the trackball to the left side - the flight is normal. In general, a handy useful thing. Maybe buy a second one for work or think about a…

Pros
  • Comfortably lies in the hand. After two days of getting used to, quickly moves the cursor across two monitors Fucking convenient scrolling The ability to move the cursor strictly along one axis saves time when working in Excel, AutoCAD, etc. Comfortable silicone stand
Cons
  • Only two keys. It was inconvenient for me to switch from the good old a4 x7 mouse, there were 7 keys and 16 movements could be hung on one (all sorts of enter, esc, del, etc.). There is no such thing here. Compensated by the speed of moving the cursor and the fact that now I work with the keyboard more often. On the other hand, there is a four-key version, but it costs a lot.

The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

In terms of price-quality ratio, there is nothing better so far. The ball is beyond praise, really comfortable, nothing is erased. Smooth running, easy to get to clean and takes a maximum of a couple of minutes. With its pros. Convenient ball, you can use all the fingers of the brush at once, which is very convenient. With carpal tunnel syndrome (carpal tunnel syndrome), pain is relieved. the hand is supported by a pillow and the work is carried out safely for the nerve. Different cons: In…

Kensington's best ball for most applications

I have used most of the large trackballs that Kensington has specialized in over the years. Expert mouse, Original Orbit, not Slimball (maybe someday), now Orbit with scroll ring. They are one of a kind - it's rare that someone makes a similar trackball. Thenar eminences are not always the same, which is why Kensington enjoys some popularity with the public. The most important thing to know about these balls is their size. The Expert mouse is the largest and you can probably concussion someone…

  • Electronics

Not bad, could be better

This is one of the cheapest scroll wheel trackballs available online, which isn't bad, but Kensington could use some improvement. I've had mine for almost a year now and use it every day at work. In typical right-handed use, the index and middle fingers are on the ball, the ring finger controls the scroll wheel, and the thumb and pinky control the left and right mouse buttons. I've used my trackball so much that my right mouse button has a smooth/polished speck from my thumb. I wish the buttons

Overall great except for a few minor issues

Purchased to replace Logitech Trackman Marble. Logitech doesn't have any scrolling hardware (there is a "universal scrolling" software feature, but it doesn't work in many applications and is cumbersome to use when it actually does), but I'm very happy to report that it does Kensington scroll ring works and works well. The rolling ring rotates very easily with little effort. In fact, the ring might need some resistance in the form of clamps (like most scroll wheels on mice), but it's okay. The…

Pros
  • Unique scroll ring makes it easy to navigate web pages or documents; ambidextrous symmetrical design
Cons
  • No Instructions

LOVE this mouse - have been using it for over 6 years

No different style gives me such speed of navigating, surfing and cross combos like this thing with a scroll ring. Looks like an alien but performs like a dream and reduces arm/wrist strain compared to any other mouse I've tried over the years. No mouse can be that fast, because firstly you don't chase it across the table and secondly the scroll ring enables "multitasking" operations. The scroll ring allows you to scroll through pages "from anywhere" without having to hover over the…

Pros
  • KensingtonWorks free download software gives me a personal touch by assigning a variety of software functions to each of the two buttons, as well as adjusting the speed of the cursor and scrolling
Cons
  • Some little things

My daily driver for 9 years and more

I have been using this mouse model for over 9 years now. I first got one of these in high school as a gift from my dad who uses it himself. It helped me get through my bachelor's, my master's and a few years of work. I love him so much. I've bought a few for home, office use and a spare if they ever discontinue it. So far none have failed. I've attached pictures of me putting my hand on it: thumb on the left button, index finger on the ball, middle finger on the wheel, and ring finger on the…
