The software is very flexible, it can work with almost any CMS system (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc.). So far I like everything about it, but especially like how easy it is to use for both newbies as well as advanced users. The ability to manage multiple sites from one platform, it allows for easy reporting of stats across all properties in our portfolio as well as being able to create custom reports that can be shared with clients or used internally by other departments within your organization! It's easy to navigate for both our customers and employees. We also love the customer service. The support team has been very helpful in assisting with solving any questions we have had with setting up the system. There are other similar systems out there, but it seems that Zap In has the best combination of ease of use and customer service. I like how easy it was to set up, configure my pages with different templates for each event that we had going during our conference! We were able solve many issues by using this software because of its ease in use as well has being so flexible when configuring your page layouts/templates (which you can do from anywhere!). The only thing i dislike about zapin are some elements within their website layout which could be done better or easier than what they have now - but not big deal overall…
