Binance is THE exchange everyone wants to be. With its trustworthy team, easy to use interface, quick withdrawals - I don't wonder why teams and communities want their tokens/coins listed on it.
Pros
- Due to large volume, buying and selling is really easy. It's easy to use to a simple user interface. They have a working app that's really easy to use as well. Graphs are readily available for both beginners and advanced traders. Withdrawal is quick and easy. Technology is always up to date, so you won't have a problem moving your tokens around. Finally, their CEO is really active in social media. This helps build trust to their users that they are not a scam exchange.
Cons
- Support takes time to reply, probably due to large amount of requests and incidents. Probably adding more manpower once their company grows bigger will helpful. This will eventually help them cater faster to requests and eventually improving their total customer experience.
