Bitfinex is the big boy on the yard when talking about its market. Huge volume coupled with the most liquid market is any trader's dream. The platform comes full of tools to help out analyse the big amount of data that is available helping make the big decisions with a larger degree of precision.
Now it isn't without its flaws. The withdraws can be troublesome encountering problems along the way. Yes the support is fast to resolve those, but you still need time to contact them and that's extra time added to the process. On such a big exchange, it would be expected a bit less need to contact the support on this matter.
