ive be using polonix for over a year. i'm impressed with the low withdrawal fees and it "feels" like a legit exchange not trying to screw you over (unlike others like yobit). They have limited coins and often markets are down for a long time and often have limited volume. nice interface, easy to use, easy to register, seems secure. recommended.
