I had this faucet installed 2 months back. Now I can review it with some experience.1. Functions really well. In California we try to conserve water. The control of this faucet is great. From few drops to the max. Pull out is long enough and retracts well.2. Good value. Look for deals. Other wise price is similar to other foreign brands and much lower than US ones who make the same product in China and really mark it up.3. Looks good. This well designed faucet installed very easily and the initial performance has exceeded my expectations. The pull-out sprayer may be difficult to use with one hand.

Very nice and well worth the money. The only issue I ran into was that the water connections under my kitchen sink are 1/2" male shut-off valves. The nice braided hoses that come with this faucet have 3/8" (vs 1/2") connectors. As such, I had to purchase two 3/8" to 1/2" adapters. I could not find this 3/8" info anywhere in the product descriptions or instructions. An easy fix (adapters) but it would have been nice to know this is advance to avoid a trip to the hardware store.

Easy replacement for a broken faucet. Black plastic tightening cylinder went on easy and won’t rust out like my previous metal fastener.

After 2 years kitchen faucet started to drip. Couple of emails to Arofa to inquire and send a video of the issue. Problem was quickly diagnosed and replacement part shipped. Link to video instructions for part replacement was also provided.

This faucet is well made and is a great value. Being it’s day one, I’d definitely recommend.Hopefully the longevity is as great as the quality look/install!

So far, so good. Had a plumber install along with some other things. I had to have the handle put in front as I didn't have enough clearance to put the handle on the side. Looks good, works well, no leaks.

I am very happy with this kitchen faucet purchase. This faucet arrived beautifully packaged in hard foam in form fit box. Everything necessary for the install was enclosed. The faucet itself looks extremely well made with high quality materials. Install took 30 mins. Hoses are high quality. Faucet works perfectly. Highly recommend faucet for looks, quality and value.

The only thing that I wished it did have is when you turn the water off, the spray setting would reset back to normal. It stays spray and does not reset. Otherwise for the money, it’s great value and looked great.

The solid brass construction and ease of installation. This a quality piece.This unit is not yet installed, as we have not moved into our new home. Upon detailed inspection it looks as good, or better, than the high price name brands. The solid brass construction is what made me decide on Arofa.

I contacted the company and received an immediate response. They are sending me a complimentary replacement nozzle.I would not hesitate buying this product and from this company! A+++++
