I always suggest Luno.
Luno is one of my go to Exchanges when I want to make quick deposits and buy Bitcoin or Ethereum. At the time of writing this review, Luno supports Litecoin, Bitcoin, Xrp, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum.

It comes with a simple user interface that can also be customised for advanced users. Luno has an unorthodox feature to lock the Exchange wallets from sending out funds as a safety measure. Some users may or may not appreciate that but it's there if you need it.

It's deposit and withdrawal fees are relatively low. Personally I have not had any problems with using this exchange.
