Aphelion Exchange has Closed down
There is very little information about Aphelion Exchange, after its closure in October 2019, it had been very hard getting tangible information about the Exchange. Well, Aphelion Exchange is a decentralized exchange which was launched in January 2019. It was an exchange built on NEO blockchain, being built in NEO blockchain means that the exchange must have been scalable and very secure unlike exchanges built in Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchain. I don't know for sure whether the exchange supported fiat currencies but fir sure cryptocurrencies was allowed as a form of Deposit and withdrawal. Since tue exchange has announced its intentions to close, we therefore can't regard this exchange as a SCAM
