The above quoted text is the summary of what I came across on the Telegram of Barkis Blockchain Exchange also known as BKSBEX. Barkis Blockchain Exchange is an Estonian based exchange which was fully launched in 2019. Currently, the exchange doesn't offer any trading activity nor is the webpage accessible hence the exchange has no trading volume and haa even been tagged as Untracked Listing on CoinMarketCap. You won't want to trade here for now since withdrawal isn't possible.

I was finallyy able to access the exchange but the trading volume stood at $0 and it was clearly stated in the homepage, for now don't trade here as this isn't advisable at all. But for an exchange to be Placed under investigation, it means there MIGHT be something dubious about them
