No way to Reach a good talk with the Support team (Exchange without Updates)
BCEX is a Chinese Exchange that is currently out of service or receiving little attention from its users. In the case of the team, they just stopped providing supplies and management for the network, and now the service has outdated services. The platform hasn't been updated for almost two years now. In 2018 they received the last update. Another relevant point about it is that some of the links that the platform provides are impossible to reach if they do not charge the content required, and one of them looks like a sold web page where the provider has a different content not related to the exchange.
It's something a little bit extra to think in the way this service decreased because it is possible to confirm just some years ago it has a good number of traders releasing and applying for trading orders there. It never had a great population, but at least some customers of the region participated there.
The platform shows an illustrative dashboard where all tokens accepted appear, and they show even the price of sales. Clearly, the network is connected to the automatic updates of the crypto-market, and it is being regulated by blockchain technology, but it has not financial support to prove the reliability and trustworthiness of this service.
So, to conclude with it, I just don't recommend this service at the moment. You can access the social media accounts provided by the company, but you'll see they don't bring support to it either. This company can be recovered, but it will take time to deal with that.
Pros
- Active interface with a clear view, and an illustrative dashboard that holds all tokens accepted in the platform. It loads then with daily prices and a measured volume.
Cons
- The project hasn't received management and financial support since 2018. There is no information about the team or the developers.
- The official accounts of the company are equally abandoned. There is no way of talking with the company.
- It is not recommended to trade on the platform while those issues persist.
- It is a small service with low support to tokens, and little offers for traders. It has limited features, and does not provide admissions for hybrid payments. It is also just available in two languages.
