binance does not have an effective help desk
The Binance platform offers various financial products and a fast trading system. In the futures market it is deficient, causes problems and often the server crashes generate losses. The application for desktop computers works more poorly than the web page. Servers crash when markets are hot. Many currencies are not accepted to buy crypto.
