Review on Bitbank by Olivier Brio

I've started to trade in secondary exchange with this platform to compare it with others like FTX or Binance. As i wanted to withdraw my money they asked me big fees and as i wanted to pay to get back my money, any customer service replied to my questions and i think they blocked me to escape.

Ultimately they keep my money and don't reply to me.

Be careful before opening an account by bitbank because even if its easy, it ll be impossible to be satisfied especially to withdraw .

FTX and Binance are more comprehensive and their customer service help you if assistance is needed.

Definitly run away from this service to avoid problems with your money.
