It is on a good note, this Exchange users a cold wallet to prevent loss, it hack ability of users funds, in a nutshell it protect the users funds from theft. The low Trading fee has a bit helped to grow the liquid. I checked out for the telegram group and my observation was the deleted account the owner of the group has, this act will definitely loss trust for this exchange. Bitexlive is from turkey and was founded in 2017. This Exchange is one of the successful exit scam Turkish exchanges. If most Exchanges from Turkish usually face the problem of maybe their trading activities will stop, or scam and will be untracked listed.
Anyways, it is still good to watch this exchange well, before using it.
