I've never had any trouble with the exchange. I've been using it since 2013 and even after their 2016 hack, they sorted out all outstanding tokens (BFX tokens) and paid what they owed to me. I've used them and will continue on using them. They offer the best liquidity on the market, and are associated with cutting-edge technology when it comes to the cryptocurrency field. Highly recommended.
