(BEWARE) Poor customer service and lack of empathy for new user
It started with the mistake of making a deposit of ERC to BEP token.
Usually when you come from an alternate exchange - the impression is you would thought that whatever network is in exchange A will most likely be supported by Exchange B.

Imagine same users like 1 million make the same mistake. They will just "hands up not on us"

No effort in any way making sure there is a reason they are there.

- Full of alternative coin or tokens to buy
Cons
- Poor client service - atleast for me this is very important for user adoption and retention
