Block Exchange is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that was founded in Switzerland. This exchange was constructed on the NEM blockchain, which implies that transactions would be quick and simple. Looking at the exchange's activity, I wouldn't say it's still operating. Although registration on this exchange is feasible, I do not recommend that anybody trade on it.
