I wasn't able to withdraw my fund from this exchange, it went off without telling us🤦😓

BTCMAX  exchange is a Singaporean exchange that established in the year 2019. This exchange trades spot metals conveniently. I am very sad with what I experience from this exchange. I had about $300 in the exchange. Suddenly one day, I wanted to reach the exchange, but all I say was error message, I kept on connecting until I was tired. I checked out for the telegram group and sent a message to our colleagues. I ask them what has happened, and they also told me they was unable to teach the exchange too. I felt disappointed,, ever since then I learnt my lesson. I have promised myself that any exchange I want to use now I must make extra curricular researches before trading.
