The exchange has been reported not to process users withdrawal, I didn't experience that

Citex Exchange happens to be a big exchange which has global outreach in over 80 countries worldwide. Launched in 2018, Citex Exchange actually supports spot trading, OTC trading, Grid Trading, Options, Leverage ETF and even POS staking. With a well designed web layout, there'll be no one who wouldn't love to trade here but it seems like the members of this exchange were not pleased with the services offered by the exchange. Most of them actually complained about the inability to withdraw, it would be really nasty and inconvenient to have about 100 USDT and you can't withdraw it. But I didn't experience such, infact I made a deposit of $50 and I withdrew it. The only problem seems to be the delay in withdrawal which some of them took as inability to withdraw. I cannot guarantee you of having the best trading experience here, but I actually encountered no problem trading here.
