I think coinext exchange is a regulated exchange because of the way of it success. The exchange is one of the successful exchanges that was established in 2018 in Brazil with the co- founder which is the Current chief executive of coinext exchange. This exchange is not a liquid exchange because of the limited cryptocurrencies it support, which are not even up-to 15 in total.
It was very difficult for me to use this exchange, due to the language settings, that didn't favor me, I have to download Google Translate, before I could start up the exchange. In fact, this exchange is regarded as the topest exchange in the entire Brazil. The fiat currency supported here only favour the Brazilian, this means the exchange is basically for Brazilians.
