Coinrate is a cryptocurrency exchange from the United Kingdom and it deals only in Bitcoin with fiats like USD and EUR.
While clicking on the website link of this exchange it reverts it can't be reached and there is no explanation whether it is undergoing upgrade or maintenance and at some point it had been report against this exchange that it stole some amount of Bitcoin from one of its users and with such allegetion the exchange didn't give a disclaimer as to what happened. My candid advice is that you run to take cover from this exchange.
Its trading volume is zero and no detailed explanation about what it charges as withdrawal fee, it takes exorbitant fee of 3.00% for taker and maker and accepts fiat deposit through credit card.
