- The exchange offers a really good deal of referrals. I recently found a couple of videos on YouTube about how to make money without investing through the website and it turns out it was just a referral link, we thought it was something illegal or whatnot. - The support can sometimes be very slow Not so many coins are currently trading on the exchange No live chat No phone number support Only a few indicators
