Review on DragonEX by Japheth Ayuba

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's native token DT-token has a good utility to it's name

Beimg an exchange mainly focused in the Asian region, the native language of the DragonEx is Chinese. In recent times, the exchange has managed to include a variety of languages like English but it's translation isn't somewhat incomplete as some areas in the exchange were not translated complete. The exchange boasts of good security features but has been hacked once in March 2019 yet despite the hack, DragonEx was able to refund traders for their lost assets. The trade fees charged on this exchange is a 0.1% for it's makers and 0.2% for the takers which are moderately fair for trading
The exchange is on its mobile platform for Android and IOS. The mobile app has an appealing User Interface as compared to it's Web page. It's token DT-token, is an ERC-20 token that allows users (Holders) share in the profits generated by DragonEx as it's total revenue. According to my research the exchange has no insurance backing and this is quite dangerous as a second hack might not be feasible for payments to it's traders. I only recommend this exchange due toi t's wide array of coins supported, other than that, trade with caution

Pros
  • Good User interface especially on the mobile app
  • Holding it's native token DT-token makes one eligible to share in the exchange revenue distribution
  • Large number of coins support and good trade volume
Cons
  • Exchange has been breached in March 2019 which makes it lose credibility in it's security
  • According to my research, DragonEx has no insurance backing in case of a hack
  • The exchange is partly translated
