Not qualified to be called an exchange
Honestly, I don't know how to classify this exchange at all or I wouldn't know whether to even call it an exchange either. Founded in 2018, in United Arab Emirates, DXBxchange was supposed to serve as a medium that allowed for the smooth buying, selling and even exchange of cryptocurrencies via fiat currencies or just with cryptocurrencies but I don't think any of that has happened on DXBxchange. The exchange currently has $0 trading volume, though I don't know when it had its last completed transaction. The official Twitter account of this exchange has 0 tweets and even zero followers, not even the creator of the exchange is a follower😂😂😂.
In a more serious tone, I don't see why this platform should be regarded as an exchange as even the website isn't accessible. (There's a screenshot below)
